I'm glad I saw this. I bought a voucher online for Feathertouch eyebrow. At the consult I was told I couldn't have it done as id had botox a couple of days earlier. I was asked why i didn't tell them before hand... Probably because I didnt know what i didn't know or realise it would be an issue, and it never had any warnings on the voucher fineprint. Once we got over that hurdle we discussed feather versus hair touch and i was told hair touch was an additional $129 (again, none of this on the voucher fine print). By this stage I wasn't very confident in the persons ability to do the brows. She didn't seem clear in what she was describing. So then I went to rebook and because I was travelling for a month I coudln't book until November, only to be told the voucher expires by then. I agreed with that, but to be fair I pointed out id had to hold off making the initial booking anyway because their therapist was on leave or at a conference so they agreed to the amendment. I will be seeking legal advice . The lady who tattood my eyebrows would not listen and told me I couldn't have the shape I wanted was asking why did I want that.. this looks better along with pushing her products on me my eyebrows are totally different to reach other and look Like big caterpillars . I'm heart broken. I have been crying non stop. I'm absolutely shattered.. stay away from this place. Do your research

I just found your review albeit too late. What was your result in advice and could it be corrected?
Not a happy customer!
Hi Lizzie
I have waited around 9 months and finally went in to get my eye brow tattoos removed. It's quite painful. Most of the tattoo had gone but there was a few lines on each and a huge splodge on one.
It was a totally unprofessional job and I felt very intimidated by her. I did go back in a few weeks later and demanded a refund which was paid.
She wanted to "fix" it but I said she wasn't touching me again. My friend got her full refund as well as she was told to pay upfront when booking. Never again!!
I went there today with a voucher, almost exactly the same story as urs, have caterpillar eyebrows & so uneven, have contacted cudo for a refund & sent them pictures, I'm so gutted at the look, not sure if they are fixable but I will now have to wait 4 weeks until they heal, what a mess, hope I get a refund as I purchased the eye liner as well but I'm definitely not letting them do that, my gut feeling was right when I went there as I was puzzled as to why it had no signage outside
Yes can u please tell me the results as I have had a really bad job done on my eyebrows, cudo is currently helping me to get a refund
I booked myself into DermaTech for a facial treatment and I am disappointed to say that it wasn't a relaxing or enjoyable experience. The facial treatment itself was good with the serums and vitamins massaged into your skin with the radio frequency wand for added absorbtion made my face very hydrated. But it was the very push therapist that continually tried to sell me products and more treatments instead of letting me enjoy the current treatment I was having. So the actual treatment itself was good but the pushy up sales is very off putting. I left exhausted trying to fend off the heavy sales push
