stayed here over the eater weekend. the price was really good as there were four of use and it was cheaper than a hostel. the room is ok nothing amazing it was like a little apartment. the kitchenette was exactly want we wanted. compact with a fridge. Didn't like the long bathroom with sliding door. the room wasn't that clean with some questionable stains on the covers. When I checked us in I asked to have a wake up call at 7.30 as we had a plane to catch. I explained this and I was told when I get to the room to call reception to make sure the phone is working which I did and everything was fine. We didn't received the call lucky we didn't miss our flight. Also at reception we were told to make sure we chain the door at night. not 100% sure why the lock wasn't good enough but I have a feeling the may have had problems ...read more
Where to begin......
When I first contacted them for pricing, I advised them I wanted to stay for just under 2 weeks. All was good, so when I decided to book they offered to give me a slightly discounted price of $5 off per night. I was very happy with the customer service as I hadn't even asked for a discount.
