Desi Hut Restaurant

I dont normally leave reviews but this place was so bad that i had to. We went for breakfast special 'halwa puri' ordered two portions for the two of us but the 'channa curry' we got was barely enough for a toddler. . . No potatoes in it or on the side as you'd normally get...sky high prices for pathetic food n quantity..we dont get pakistani food in new zealand thats the only reason we went there and it honestly ruined our holiday..

Went here with 2 friends, we ordered 3 dishes + rice + bread + sides & couldn't finish them all - great value for under $60. Not just that, but the food was delicious - I can't say whether it was 'authentic' but it had a great mix of flavours (some spicy, thankful for the yoghurt side!). Not a 'chic' restaurant in terms of atmosphere/design, but a great place for a great meal with mates.

The food was very tasty but bit pricey with the new management.

I recently had a chance to go to Desi Hut with my friends and i just cant stop raving about it to all my aquaintances. The food was out of this world, the atmosphere was great,the prices excellent & it was completely at home environment with out of the way friendly staff.

the best part was the value for money.the amount of food you got for the price you paid.everyone needs to try thier Lahori Chicken. (Out of this World)

Great value for money. Food in excellent, cooked in Indian and Pakistani style. You would find Indian dishes like 'Bheja Fry' and many other Indian dishes which you can not find anywhere else in Sydney. Do not expect much from look and feel perspective, but food is just amazing. Also they are open till 2am on weekdays and 12am on weekend.
