Designer Glass Sydney just installed my pool fence 6 month ago & I am very happy with their work high quality, efficient, profession, specialise team & affordable cost. My area is not plain as it was tricky. Before designer glass, I called two more pool fencing company however they suggested it s not easy, at the end i call Roger he told me he will send someone to visit. The installer they sent us was very professional & knowledgeble at his job. He measured everthing & said he will do the job & its not too difficult for his team. The very next week they started the work... I want to thanks them for installing a new fencing at affordable cost, good team work keep it up Guys...I will Surely recommend Poolsafe Fencing to anyone.

Installed a frameless pool fence 12 months ago. First of all after install we realised some of the glass panels have shard edges, called Shane to come and fixed them but it never happened, then 3 months on The hydraulic hinges Failed. The firs time they were quick to come and replace them. After another 6 months they broke again. This time 'roger', cause Shane doesn't work there anymore. Told me the manufacturer of the hinges had discontinued them as they kept breaking. Eventually he came and replaced the glass with glass half of the thickness of the original I already paid for and ordinary hinges that let the door slam. Again, not what we paid for. After contacting him, he told me I should be thankful he had made my home safer instead of worrying about the other stuff and that if I wanted to talk to anyone I should ring Fethers, the hinge manufacturer because it was their fault.
