BUYER BEWARE - after purchasing what was supposedly Carrara marble herringbone mosaic tile, we received them only to find that they were EXTREMELY uneven in colouring (ie from the expected white/light grey to almost black) - they looked like a patchwork quilt. This was after requesting a number of samples and referring to their Projects on their website which all represented a very even white/light grey with minimal veining. Whilst I appreciated it is natural stone, this amount of variation is unacceptable. We were advised that it wasn't Designer Marble's problem and there was nothing we could do about it. We are unable to use it so are out of pocket $850.
