I received a call from designs codes in regard to SEO services for my site, they sounded like they could provide quality work for a good price so I paid $550AUD for 3 months.
In 5 weeks they delivered one single piece of work - a keyword analysis list. This is despite an agreement I signed with them stating they would do bi-weekly article postings on my site blog, guest posts, incoming links and more. None of that was done.
When I emailed to ask about progress, my emails were ignored.
When I called I was never put through to my case manager, I received the excuses that he was on another call, was out of office sick or was at lunch (3pm Mumbai time). I am not sure if its a scam or just incredibly unprofessional, but either way its frustrating.
I have put through a dispute with my credit card company and just hope I can get the money back.
Designs codes did refund my money. So they are honest.
The initial delay was because my case manager was sick. After that I don't know what was happening, which was the problem.
