Had my van detailed, broke off wiper blade then put on wiper to scratch windscreen had to replace front screen $500 costly clean

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!! $45 wasted. Tar still on outside and tried to tell me it was paint chipped, inside still had rubbish! Inside boot still had mud and dog hair, windows still marked, they really took me for dumb. I was DISGUSTED by these guys and will never ever go back and warn others too especially after hearing good things.

Love this car wash. My car always comes out looking brand new and the staff are super friendly and accomodating. I used to go to expresso car wash but these guys do a much better job.

I am sure they're good at cleaning cars, but they're so bad at handling customers that I wouldn't know. Got a scoopon for a wash, and tried to contact them multiple times to make a booking. The phone auto-directs to voicemail and then sends an automatic text. Leaving a voicemail or a text yielded no response after several days. And though they were very polite when I physically turned up to make a booking, they still refused to make one for me, and referred me back to the phone system.

What a hardworking, professional and friendly team, my car feels like new and literally sparkles in the sun. They are a great team and I would highly recommend to support them and I look forward to coming back. All the best in 2012.
