totally agree with previous review!!! Unbelievably poor customer service !! they may be cheap but there is reason for that. I didn't enjoy any part of my membership. If you are going to cancel your account you need to write and sign a letter and give two weeks notice .. just so they can get that extra payment from you... don't get caught out!!! better yet just don't join. So many more places with better facilities and much more pleasant people.

Don't ever sign up here!! The management is very rude. Told me I was signing up for a 12 month membership - I had my hands full with two kids so only skim read the contract. And apparently I signed for an ongoing membership. 2 years later the management is still taking money out of my account.

No real mother in their right mind would leave their child in a tiny 2m x 2m room with over 10 kids with one staff!!

Awful gym, awful people!
