Destra Shoe Service and Trophies

I needed some engraving of a charm - they scratched both sides of the charm with their machine and the engraving wasn't even nice or centred. Do not go to these guys. Rude and bad bad service.

Had shoes, leather bags, and trophies done here. The guy always goes a little above and beyond to help. He does great work there. I once had a bag strap repaired, and he polished the bag back to new for free, removing several scratches.

Do not ever go here. I wish i had read previous reviews before i took my watch here to get the batteries changed. I brought my watch in and came back 15 mins later to them telling me that they didnt have the correct screw to open the back of it. However, there were deep scratches all over the back of the watch where they had obviously tried to pry it open with something. I complained to them and they kept denying everything, saying that they didnt even attempt to open the watch. Do not ever go here!!!

Terrible and rude staff! Quality of work is very poor, I had my watch battery changed there and they left scratches and some sort of black remains in the face of the watch that they claim wasnt them..

I got an account just to warn people about the terrible service that I got at Destra. I brought in my rick owens shoes which cost 1.2k and I needed to get them redyed. I was charged $70.00 but the worst part was that the leather completely lost its soft finish, the dye started to peel off after one day, and the marks of dye from the applicator leaked onto the sole. They took no responsibility for the job they did. Stay away from them!
