Appalling. I give them half a star for taking my brief and being capable of answering the phone.

They did nothing they said they would. Took a substantial deposit then suddenly communication stopped. Allegedly someone was sick (who would know? I stopped believing them eventually), but each time I requested information or update it was "next week/next Tuesday/this Friday" but no such information ever arrived. The very limited information they FINALLY gave me was information I already knew and had given them. After repeated reequests for actual information as per the brief I gave them, they stopped responding. I requested return of my deposit to no avail.

I would have pursued legally but had bigger legal battles to fight.

Arrived in Melbourne from Sydney this morning to pick up my kids for access for the first week school holidays. My ex wife was not at home and our old neighbours told me that she and the kids had not been seen since the weekend past. Obviously I was irate. I googled and made contact with PI Mark Grover (or MARK 1) as he reminded me when only two hours ago working together he found the kids and my ex %#@+?&^%$ at an address with her new boyfriend. Family Court orders in hand, Mark 1's local knowledge and Police as witnesses my kids are eating and were at Melb airport waiting to fly at 8pm. I would recommend anyone to this Detective Services Company. I will even be referring my employer to them. This guy has more contacts than in my I-phone and makes it happen. A little more expensive than i thought but worth every cent.
