Destroyed my rug during the cleaning process. Have refused to refund ~$450 clean fees, and don't return calls or emails. Cannot recommend at all.

I can't comment on their carpet cleaning, but I can comment on them for applying microseal on the leather of interior of my new cari bought recently. There is now drip mark from over spill which has now been cured. I contact them via email and recommended to purchase leather cleaner kit and wish me the best of luck ??
