A little bit about me.

As a kid growing up I would say my first introduction to photography was through my dad, using a Minolta 110 SLR. It was always a special moment when I was able to hold dads camera. At the age of 8 this small and compact SLR was like holding this thing of great power not to mention that it made an awesome sound when I pressed the shutter button.

Many years later I would pick up the camera again and shoot my own photos, this time it was digital. No more film, no more going down to the photo lab to have your rolls processed. It was there in an instant and for me this would mark the beginning of my journey as a photographer. Starting as a hobby, that hobby soon grew into a habit and that habit into an obsession then a dawning of a career as a wedding photographer.

Why I choose photograph Weddings? I would say its that honour of witnessing that special moment in a couples life, and being able to share the way I see the wedding with the rest of the world. With every wedding there is always something different. There is always that little touch with every wedding that makes it memorable for me. From the couple that high fives at the first kiss to the quirky dance at the reception. Its these little surprises with every wedding that makes my job a pleasure to do.
