I have dealt with Devine RE for over 20 years - buying, selling and renting. In that time I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience. When we were upgrading our home, Devine helped us find our new home and also helped in selling the old one. The sale process was explained in detail and the estimated selling price range was realistic. All costs were detailed and choices offered.
Devine also rents out our property. In the many years that they have been managing our properties there have never been any major issues as they appear to be very thorough in background checks and regular property visits. If any issues arise, I am always contacted and decisions are made. Vanessa Djuricic is very professional and organised. Any repairs that are required are organised quickly and efficiently by Vanessa. She is a pleasure to talk to and always helpful and approachable. I would recommend Devine Real Estate to anyone.

as a Landlord- it was always going to be Devine as they are family friends, however, we did not know of Curtis until we met him for the first time. We were pleasently surprised with all the effort Curtis Christofi went to in finding us a great tenant, he came to our house at a time that was convenient to us and explained the whole process, so far so good and we are 10 months down the track and it's still all good.
