If you haven't been to City Clinic's new centre in Jamison St you really should check it out. These guys have really taken it up another notch when it comes to looking after injuries and lifestyle health stuff. The Dexa wasn't installed when I visited however they showed me through the facilities . . totally impressive!! One of their Exercise Physiologists got me on their awesome cable cross over machine and showed me a couple moves to help avoid aggravating a niggling shoulder injury, but keep up the intensity .. spent 15 minutes didn't charge me anything. Their Dexa is being installed in October and I'm already booked . . . Congrats guys and thanks for the tour.
