Worst experience ever! The service i reveived at The store in broadway was not inviting at all. I asked to try on a colour and she paints the tip of my nail. Lazy and never going back.

so bad ! and I've been to my fair share of nail places ! they weren't busy rather free actually (there's a sign right there!) assumed they would start rather soon but no kept me on cold footspa for ages. she wasn't happy I wanted SNS on nails you could tell. Spoke the whole time to her colleague in their own language and a lot of the time would stop what she was doing on me to talk & use hand gestures ! 90 mins for shellac pedi & SNS on nails ! $100 ! unfriendly, no compassion & overpriced !

Worst nail experience ever. PAId full price for an a pedicure and didn't receive any exfoliation or massage. All the shellac has peeled off 24 hours later. The lady who didn't my acrylics injured me with the drill and they are already falling off.

I have to agree with other reviewers. The staff here make no effort to make me feel welcome. The pedicures are done quickly and varnish tends to peel very rapidly. It's a shame because I live close by, but going here is a bit of a waste of time. I do also get my eyebrows waxed here and that service is fine.

Dezire Marrickville has unfriendly n inexperienced employees who keeps on feeding themselves by food or ice cream while serving customers. They talk in their own loud language in front of customers, I only hope they talk in English respecting others. They laugh n make Fun of people. I had my nails done there. This staff didn't even do a proper manicure or pedicure compared to other salons n charged me a full price. She spent half an hour on each but was talking to other staffs over there most of the time. Basically she spent 10 mins each on manicure n pedicure but pretend to spend more putting on Shellec. I will say she wasted her time. When I asked her she didn't massage my feet, she said its ok your feet is good, maybe when u come next time I will do it. She said in the loud voice so I complained to the manager but seemed like she didn't care as they were laughing n talking in their language when I left.
