I used DHL because of their international reputation, figuring that whatever advice I was given would be correct. Upon getting 2 boxes shipped from Indonesia to here and being told I had paid everything up I was happy. Until I got a call from this DHL telling me I had to pay more money. That's ok, I thought, I'd just say I had paid everything as I'd been advised by DHL. They didn't want to know. They told me it wasn't their problem - because they were different from DHL Indonesia. That makes the reason I used them to be completely irrelevant, is bad business practice, and their attitude was not helpful at all.
In the end I paid more (because I didn't have a choice), though they let me just pay for the shipment as combined into one parcel rather than two which is why I gave them one star instead of half a star.
I won't be using them again.
