Di Croco

I purchased a Di Croc bag a couple of years ago, by email/ phone, and I agree with another review, that the sales person was rude and condescending. Twelve months after my purchase the buckle broke. I contacted the shop and got an extremely poor attitude from the shop sales person/manager, who firstly insisted that this had NEVER happened to any of their other bags, and then insinuated that I had mistreated the bag. I firstly had to pay the postage to return the bag to the store and secondly the shop manager did not pick it up from the post office for days as she was "too busy". I was then informed that they only sent their bags back to the overseas manufacturer a few times a year, so I would have to wait till they sent their next shipment. I was not even aware that the bag had been made overseas, as they lead you to believe that their product is ALL AUSTRALIAN.
