I will not recommend Alex from Di Sole Pest Control. Alex came to our place to treat the termite found inside the house. At first he appeared to act very professional suggesting of how he would do the treatment etc etc. But after few months the termite is still there and getting worse. When we asked him to return, all he did just asking us to go for more expensive treatement (i.e to pay more) with no guarantee that the termite would go away. I am very upset with Di Sole Pest Control and regretting of engaging this company in the first place. I would NOT recommend him to anyone.
Andrew, we’re sorry to hear you are not happy. We clearly stated and explained to you in our proposal before you signed. We recommended to use only TERMIDOR for the termites inside the house. However, you chose your friend’s advise and took the risk to use other chemical rather than TERMIDOR. Even then, we came back to your place two more times to help exterminates the termites at our own expense. Every after our visits on both occasions, you failed to follow our instructions by continued to disturb termites and disrupt the chemical we applied. In your situation however, we no longer afford to continue to provide further services while you failed to cooperate with us. We wish you all the best.
