Julie supports and empowers adults with Pre diabetes, type 1 , type 2 and gestational diabetes to stay on track with your health and diabetes. Helping you to make healthy lifestyle changes including exercise, healthy eating, stress reduction and support with changes to medications, in order to prevent diabetes and diabetes related complications.
Diabetes Educators are recognised by Medicare Australia, Department of Veteran' Affairs and private health insurers as the providers of diabetes education.
Rebates are available from Medicare and DVA with a referral from your GP.
