Diaco's Discount Nursery Garden Rock Supplies

I went to Heatherton location today to purchase some plants that were advertised at $7.95 on line. The price on plants was $9 in store and when I queried this the guy told me it must be a different supplier - I still bought them as I had gone out of my way to the shop. This is the 3rd time I have been here and the previous two times they didn't even have the stock they said they had when I rang - I won't be back after being ripped off today.

I went to Diaco's Discount Nursery in Hampton Park and was pleasantly surprised with the fantastic service. They helped me with my measurements and garden design and the staff were very knowledgable and put in a lot of effort to ensure that I left with a smile on my face. I will be recommending them to everyone I know in the future.

purchased a significant quantity of plants from 2 nurseries/garden supplies. The entire purchased quantity from Diacos failed, upon contacting them they told us bad luck, must have been our fault, funnily enough the other suppliers plants to this day are thriving, along with the new plants we purchased elsewhere.
big negative to service, quality and attitude

Ordered DIACOS mulch, all I got was a mulch that looked nothing like the display mulch (DIACOS) in shop. It was a totally Different colour, texture and size of pieces.

It heaps of plastic in it and found glass pieces the size of a 50 cent piece, nails and some screws roughly 100mm in length.
