Dial-A Door Security Doors

Just wanted to thank Bruno at Dial A Door for going out of his way to make our home safe.We have an old house & the door frames were out of square but he went the extra mile & took the time to ensure he made our new security door fit the frame & work properly

Thankfully i only had these people out to quote, after being pushed and pushed into signing on the day and the sales person getting very angry when i said i had another company coming for a quote. Firstly it is every customers right to do there homework before purchasing a door. I then checked out some review sites and thankfully found my answer, i am pleased to say i have found a reputable company to gain my work, they were not the cheapest but as the old saying goes you pay peanuts you get monkeys!!

I don't normally complain but the person I spoke to when making an initial enquiry was pushy and rude. Swore and hung up on me when I did not want them to come out and give a quote and wanted more information from them on the phone first. Unacceptable service in any circumstances. They ruined what may have turned into a sale for them

Terrible Sales Service, extremely pushy, terrible after service, sales staff rudely hung up on me twice when expressing dissatisfaction with one door which was quoted and fitted. Would never use them again nor recommend them.

Really poor service had to follow up with supplier after a week to find out if my door was getting installed. Then when my original door was supplied was received back bent. Also advised sales staff that tracking on back door was not in good condition only a service was performed at a very high price. Could have bought a new tracking and replaced mesh my self.

Barrel replaced as well why, only mesh was being fixed?
