Great to deal with was up to date music delivered on time
good value for money

My experience with these guys was very different to the last review.
I made my booking over the internet and was responded to very quickly with a confirmation.
The jukebox was delivered at exactly the time they said it was going to be and I was further away than four suburbs.
Andrew delivered the jukebox and lighting, set it all up and showed us clearly how to use the functions.
He and his wife then collected it again the following day and once again at the time previously arranged.
My thirteen year old and her friends had a great party. The jukebox had a brilliant range of music. All I had to do was to put up with some bad Karaoke....lol.
I have absolutely no hesitation at all in recommending Dial A Jukebox.

I would never recommend this company to my most hated enemy. When I rang to book a jukebox they were rude, abrupt and spoke as if it was just too hard to organize a jukebox to be delivered 4 suburbs away and yet, said ok and I paid my deposit. I then had to Ring back and cancel the jukebox 2 days later as my friends surprised me with one as my birthday present. They yelled at me on the phone saying how stressful that is, how unorganized I was and that they are so busy and me canceling makes their life so much harder. Why would you complain about being busy- isn't that the point of having a business? Wouldn't you like people to say great things about your business? If your in a bad mood you do not take it out on your clients. This poor excuse needs a serious attitude adjustment. I would never use this company for any of their services.
