Dial An Angel

I had an extremely disappointing experience using the Dial an Angel housekeeping service. I had arranged for a spring clean with the intention of using them for ongoing, regular house cleaning if I was happy with the service. I was extremely unhappy. They turned off my fridge and freezer at the wall so I had to throw out a lot of food, they broke the blinds in my bedroom (snapping off one of the slats and balancing it back in place) and used harsh chemicals on the ornaments in my kitchen, destroying two items. I paid $375 for this service. I wrote them a letter, including photos of the damage. I did not expect compensation as I had signed a disclaimer regarding any damage to my property but I did expect an apology. I have since found another fabulous company to do my cleaning and warn anyone against using Dial An Angel due to the lack of care they displayed with my belongings and the poor customer service I received when I contacted them.
