This is an update on my previous review. I've now been waiting 10 weeks for Diamond Air AC unit that was to have been built and installed up to 4 weeks ago. I fear not having an AC unit before Diamond Air's factory goes into the end-of-year close-down thru January as factories in NSW do.
My unit had to be paid for in full.

Diamond Air provides prioritises bulk orders over earlier received small orders, then can't meet the quoted completion date for the small orders they received first. Unethical!!

If I could give Diamond Air no stars I would.

After Diamond Air accepted my 50% payment to build an air conditioning unit for my residence at the beginning of September 2018 they received a large bulk order which they gave higher priority. Therefore, I’ve now already been waiting 8 weeks instead of the quoted 4-6 weeks for my new ac unit to be built – with a fixed completion date still not available. I specifically placed my order in early September so that I would have the new unit by mid-October before the hot weather commences. Frustratingly, the unit has not been supplied and the hot weather has commenced. Had I been aware that Diamond Air prioritises larger orders over already accepted small orders I would not have ordered from them. Especially heading towards summer! You need to know the right questions to ask when sourcing quotations. This is unethical, poor customer service.
