$34 got me an average wash that took about 50 mins during a weekday at 2.30pm...
It also seriously damaged rims with a polished finish as the chemicals used etched them.. their response was "It will polish off, but we are too busy today to fix it now.. come back later..." After trying to polish it off and seeing a wheel specialist the cost to repair these is $860. I have never had this problem at anyh other car wash and there has been quite a few.
I'm heading back in with a bill for the repairs shortly..
I would strongly recommend that anyone who respects their car or has anything other than a stock car to stay well clear of this car wash..
My car was messy, I have 3 kids. Hence i went to a car wash. They were not impressed that my cars interior was messy. When picking up my car the vac was poorly done. When i complained they said my car was very messy. I replied "this is a car wash". They redone the vac. Ive had better service elsewhere. Previously i drove a muddy 4wd in here after returning from holidays and was turned away because it was too dirty. I didnt realise a car wash was only for clean cars.
Please be wary of this car wash. For around $40 you will receive a very average car wash, outside and in that will take around 40 minutes.
Upon returning to the vehicle, the airbag sensor was warning. After a expensive $120 trip to the mechanic it revealed that either water made it near the sensor or while vacuuming the sensor had been knocked. Try explaining this to the management, 100% impossible it was their fault. Management decided to walk off refusing to discuss further. Finally I was able to explain to the cashier I was not there to recoup the mechanic fee only to warn the workers to be careful under the seats...
Reconsider this car wash.
