Just booked Bob again. He is very thorough. He cleaned our tile grout throughout our home with amazing results. Carpets and lounges were wonderfully cleaned and left smelling fresh (we have toddlers and pets.) Bob also cleans my daughters home and she thinks he is fantastic too.
Bob takes great pride in his work, I have used his services for many years and the standard has always been excellent. He recently cleaned my tiles, carpet and driveway and the results were amazing. He is so friendly and accommodating with fitting in appointments, too.
I've done a better job myself with a hired machine. Way to expensive for the quality of the work completed

hi there. bob ,diamond carpet clean. your comment seems very similar to my last one. very expensive. my customers have a walk through of what cleaning has been done. we talk about areas that have not cleaned to their satisfaction. generally urine ,vomit and pet stains. this is where expectation and limitation meet each other. this comes from a professional cleaner. i do not think i have cleaned your property at all. if i had , my policy on return work would have been met quickly. so when you pick on a pro, be well prepared . i will come back straight away and fix any work that's needs it . text me or e mail and i will be there.
