Says they will turn up to quote. Sent pics via phone and heard nothing back. Must have plenty of work to pick and choose which they take on. But a polite honest no would have been appreciated. Professionalism or turning up is not their strong point!!!!!!
I am sorry that your experience was not a positive one. I deal with many clients every day. While I ensure that I take every call, at the same time I am also building someoneâ??s deck to a high standard. While I endeavor to arrange future quotes asap, sometimes it can take time to arrange appointments while physically working, running my business & spending time with my family and our new baby girl. I had every intention of contacting you but this review appeared 3 days after our discussion. I may be guilty of not getting back to you to discuss further but at no stage did I make an actual appointment. I have never, & will never, set a time with a client and not turn up. It is a shame that my one review is a negative one & is from someone that has not met me or seen the quality of my work.
