Diamond Door Online should be banned from running a business. They make nothing but false claims on their website. They don't have the common decency to respond to emails. Was expecting a delivery on Thursday 14th, have had no confirmation that my order was even processed. I had a similar experience with them nearly 4 years ago & they are at it again. Buy at your own risk. Will be reporting this to the ACCC & Fair Trading.
Great Online Adult shop. I have used this shop a few times now and it is the only one I would recommend. Discreet and fast service and very friendly staff who offer free phone consulting. I called up to enquire about a product and found the staff member very easy to talk to and very informative with a wealth of knowledge. Will def use again.
Totally unprofessional business practices. I've been trying for 2 months to recover money they took from my account. I've sent several emails...had one pissweak response saying they will look into it...promised an urgent reply....but still nothing. Buy at you own risk. It seems that this company will 'try it on' with customers. I'm currently taking further action against them.
Ended up ringing the management last night... was STILL completely unaware of the issues despite repeated emails asking about my refund. They had the nerve to talk over the top of me, used personal problems as an excuse, blamed everyone else but themselves. When you have a business, the buck stops with YOU & you bave to be aware of problems like this. They did apologise but it seemed a little hollow considering their defensiveness & excuses. A pretty poor way to operate a business. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. Oh..& i still have yet to receive my refund after 2 months..!
