My Twin Sister and I decided while in Melbs for 4 days, we would get our nails done (Shape, Buff and Polish), we had booked the day prior for 11am, however, as we were up early, we headed down at 10am hoping they could see us sooner, which they did! There were 4 people on, no one in there, they were sitting around talking amongst themselves - We were both told to pick our nail colour from the OPI selection, I took a little longer than my Sister and was hurried along!
The staff who did my nails was very rough with my hands.. Pulling, tugging etc and at one point I thought they slapped my hand!
