Diamond Nails

Had a TERRIBLE experience here!! Went to just get SNS nails removed and they charged a ridiculous price (almost triple the amount I usaully pay). Definitely won't be going back and will NOT recommend this place or the chain to any of my friends. Very bad nail shop.

Not happy at all.

I had SNS put on my nails and after only one week they formed cracks and started to chip off my nails.

This has never happened when I have used SNS. Will not be going back here.

What a waste of $55.

Went in for a gel or shellac manicure and french and thought i was clear that that is what I would like and asked the price... BUT as we came to the end she started the top cote and I said 'oh do you add the white at this stage?'... No response from her. It seemed that she wasn't going to do the white strip across. I had been talking with the lady next to me who asked hat I was having and I said french and she always got red! we had a laugh. I had mentioned 'oh - where is the white bottle?' during the manicure - no response from her.
Now, either she misunderstood ( which I doubt as we had been having a conversation and even said she had been living in Australia 16 years.) or it was deliberate and .......if she didn't have time for a French she should have said so at the start.
