When we first contacted James, he was great. He was very professional, responsive, fairly priced, and came across as very knowledgeable.

The work involved was straightforward plumbing work as part of a kitchen and laundry renovation. James sent out someone from his team, who made several mistakes and, scratched our brand new kitchen. I was understandably very upset and I quote his response was ‘Calm down, it’s just a scratch, I’ll get you some paint’. We trusted that James would work with us to resolve these issues, but we've had to chase him for a response. When he finally did reply, he didn’t call back, but texted us.
