The house is set on a beautiful farm overlooking a large dam and native bushland.

A wrap-around covered jarrah verandah provides the perfect setting to relax and unwind. The house is two bedroom, both with queen beds and Egyptian cotton sheets. There is a full kitchen and the house has both reverse cycle air conditioning as well as an open fireplace. Platinum level Foxtel is also provided. The bathroom is complete luxury with a rainwater shower head as well as a hand held option. The bathroom is done in travertine marble while the rest of the house is the original wandoo flooring.

The home is perfectly located 10 minutes south of Manjimup on the Channybearup Tourist Drive. It is close to all local attractions such as Fonty's Pool, The Wine and Truffle Company and many other local delicacies.
