Diamondport was 5 out of 5 for our wedding rings. I was a bit nervous with who to go with as that's what I'm like, I always think I'm going to get ripped off, but Diamondport were great. It helped that they had been referred to me by a friend that had used them for their rings. We left our decision to the last moment just before the wedding and they were able to push it through and the result was exactly what I wanted. The communication was great too, giving me updates every step of the way on how it was going and any changes that I wanted to make along the way they were accommodating. If I keep writing this review it's going to sound fake, but honestly, I'm happy to be used as a testimonial. The end product looked better than the design I had given them as it was so well finished off for a complicated design. I have paid more for rings elsewhere for much lesser quality. I dealt with Ashley for my recent engagement ring and he was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and made me feel comfortable with what is a very important purchase. He explained everything I needed to know about Diamonds and we were both over the moon with the way the ring turned out, it's amazing!
I have bought several excellent pieces of jewellery from Ashley in the past few years - I replaced my wife's wedding and engagement rings with new, contemporary rings that included top quality diamonds, all made exactly as we asked. He then made her a pair of gorgeous diamond and gold drop earrings. This year he re-made my Mum's original engagement ring too, with a sparking diamond solitaire with smaller diamonds on the shoulders. She is absolutely delighted. Ash also got her favourite pearl necklace re-strung, re-clasped and polished - she thought it was a totally new necklace when she got it back! Great work Ashley.
