From there we can book the date for you - which is the most important thing.
Final details such as guest numbers, final menu and choices within the menu,
colour of serviettes and timing of your function needs to be completed (no later) than on the
Monday prior to your function.
Once we have that information we will be able to give you our approximate arrival time.
Diamonds also offer a Platter Delivery Menu which may suit your smaller function without the larger cost. We will deliver your platters on time ready for you to unwrap them and serve to your guests.

Diamonds Catering catered my 100 guest rustic garden wedding with canapes and a spit roast buffet dinner. Their menu is overwhelming, but I was very happy with them customising the selections to suit my taste. They gave fast email responses back. On the day, they were friendly, professional and presentable, reliable, and collaborated well with the bar. They were a little stingy with their portion sizes, a few of us having to ask for a better serve. They were attentive of the bridal party and our mothers during the dinner. I would use this company again and would recommend them.
