Best hairdresser in Dianella . Good service every time I go there. Very good with seniors.

Terrible service and quality.

I had my hair cut by a very rude and pushy older lady with short blonde hair (didn't catch her name, but hopefully the description should be enough to help anyone wanting a good haircut to avoid her).

She rushed through it as quick as possible, repeatedly got hair cuttings in my eyes and didn't apologise or try to clear it away (while my hands were somewhat trapped beneath the plastic bib), and at the end left me with hair all over my face ears and neck that I had to keep trying to swat off while I did my grocery shopping afterwards.

The cut itself was very wonky and inconsistent, with stray longer hairs left over here and there and a dodgy trim at the back I didn't notice until I got home. I ended up having to go to Benny Boyz a couple of days later to get it fixed up properly. They do a better job with their $10 Quick Cut (and were more considerate and careful) than Rude Blonde Lady did for nearly $30.

I had my hair cut there this morning. I specifically asked them to not cut the top as it was already too short, and they did exactly what I asked them not to do. In fact, they cut it too short one side as well, and when I said to them, "Don't cut any more. It's too short already," they took no notice, and then said to me to use hairspray. Needless to say, I won't be going back again.
