I went to this restraunt with my mother, grandmother and my aunt and her partner and my cousin last year when I was visiting Melbourne from Perth - my aunt and cousin live in Melbourne. We went to DiCaprio restraunt for dinner and it was without doubt the best restraunt I have ever been to. As soon as we walked in the door the customer service from the staff was so friendly and they were smiling - it's like they were meeting someone famous (we aren't famous - we are just ordinary people) and they sat us near the window in a booth and gave us menus. They came and took our order and the food came out a few minutes later. The food was beautifully presented, hot, smelt and tasted a beautiful. The whole place was very clean, tidy, neat and family oriented. The prices weren't to bad. Went to this restaurant with my family and got great food and top service. Highly recommended

This place once used to be nice. Can\'t say that anymore. Each time we visit as a family, we left with disappointment. Sad because we used to love going there. Now it\'s old, dirty, poor service, poor food, top ups cost you much as a small pizza. Where do I start. It all began with our arrival. It was about 5pm. No one in the restaurant. Only is and may be 50 empty tables. We preferred to sit on those comfy long seats. The staff rejected in an instant with an excuse that they are reserved. No I didn\'t believe them.
