We begin with the belief that each child has potentials and characteristics that make them a unique individual. Children share a similar path of development but each child will develop in their own way and their own time, therefore we see the importance of offering an individual based program which is delivered in a stimulating, happy and fun environment. This is achieved by enhancing each child's unique skills such as social, emotional, physical and cognitive through observing, planning and evaluating.
We believe that a good working relationship between families and educators is essential to create a smooth link between home and care. This will be achieved by using respect, kindness, trust and honesty as well as providing a personal, happy and family orientated atmosphere.
