Dicksons Music Centre

I went in to buy a flute today for my daughter and had very BAD customer service in store. Staff was helpful initially until I asked them if I could take another look at our options again with my husband (who had just walked in), at which said said they would not go through the same explanation again staff did with me to my husband. Staff then went to serve a second customer. I found that very rude and I will never go there again nor recommend this store to anyone. I ended up driving elsewhere to purchase my flute, where the salesperson was very helpful and took time explaining the options available. I'm very disappointed when my local businesses do not provide good customer service and I would rather go elsewhere to spend my money. I will not be recommending this store to any of the school mums or friends in my local area. good range of instruments and sheet music, the staff was lovely as well

The range of instruments and print music they carry are amazing! The staff are great, especially the young gentlemen in the print who definitely knew his stuff on violins! I was sold on his expertise and prices, and will come back if I need anything musical related!

This is the best place to buy all your music needs. Not only do they have instruments, they have salespeople who know how to play the instrument you're looking for so can give you good advice. When we went there to buy a flute for my son, they didn't try to sell me the most expensive one. They also ended up the cheapest as well when I looked around. Great guitar sales just before Xmas and a fantastic variety of music, from books to individual sheets to band music. A separate area for pianos downstairs too. I really wouldn't go anywhere else.

Oh Dicksons... I come here for all my music needs, whether its cds, sheet music, instruments, their supplies... so much and so much more. A bit on the pricey side though.
