ive been dealing with this company for a couple years and they never left me down. bought a set of jackaroo injectors that i needed urgently and customer service was on point.
i have recommended this place to a few of my mates and no one has had any issues with them so far.
I have to say we deal with many many companies and by far this is the worst company I have had to deal with not only is their customer service bad their communication is non existent.
I have had to ring and chase them for Invoices then find out where the Diesel Pump went to and then we fitted the New Reco Pump which was not pumping fuel and I contacted DCA only to be told that it could not be faulty and it was bench tested and no way could it be faulty.
I had to plead with them to send another Pump as they wanted the Pump sent back to test it whilst the customer's Rodeo sat in our workshop and because we are a remote community the whole process would have taken another week to 2 weeks to sort ...read more
