I contacted this company wanting to have a manuscript printed in hard copy. I dealt with a company representative by the name of Cory. I sent him the professionally formatted manuscript, a book cover design and a number of photographs, to be included.

Cory made contact back to me a couple of times to clarify certain matters. From there ....nothing!

After a time I sent a message to Cory but again heard nothing back. Maybe my order was not large enough to interest him. Maybe he encountered difficulties and rather than contact me back to sort the matter out, he just ignored me.

I was dealt with in a very unprofessional manner.

Digital Print Australia was the first printer used by DoctorZed Publishing in 2006. Since that first title, Samantha Honeycomb by Scott Zarcinas, we have grown to over 200+ ebook titles and 30+ print book titles with 80+ international authors. It all started with 1 book! Thank you for the incredibly fast turn around on my photo book. I am thrilled with the result. I cannot believe that the finished product arrived on Tuesday afternoon and it was not until the early hours of the morning on Sunday that I submitted the project. Amazing.
