Foreign in Australia and started a new company I wanted to use an accountant for advices and peace of mind.
Very friendly face to face but once I have paid for the company setup, the problems began: ABN made 2 months later, tax return 1 month later, emails no replied and I m still waiting for a phone call since 5 weeks, so I m moving to an other accountant.
Very disappointed, I won't recommend them.
We are very sad to see Olivier leave and have spoken to him about his situation. Unfortunately for all involved the ATO withheld the ABN for longer than normal and then we switched over our phone and internet system to other telephone company which caused our emails, phone and internet to be down for 4 weeks. All clients were informed. We will ensure in the future great correspondence is provided to clients and will take this as a learning experience. We wish Olivier all the best in his endeavours in Australia.
