Dimi's Seafood & Takeaway

I ordered grilled barramundi, which is grilled as it is in every fish and chip shop I've ever eaten in (and suits someone who cannot eat wheat, like me), but they breaded it before they grilled it. When I rang up to tell about the mistake and ask for a new piece, they said I'd have to pay for a new order because they always bread it before they grill it and I was not specific enough.
