The DINCEL CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM manufacturing facility is located at Erskine Park, Sydney, Australia.Dincel Construction System is an internationally patented permanent polymer formwork for walls and columns, which when filled with ready mixed concrete, produces an economical, strong, durable structure. The system has been created and developed in Australia by professional engineers and is certified by the University of New South Wales and the CSIRO.
I am thoroughly satisfied with the Dincel products used to construct a storage room under my carport and also garden retaining walls, after nine years they are still standing and there is no issue with termites nor waterproofing. The reason my builder and I chose this was as a cost-saver, to minimise what they call "materials handling".... as my block of land is very steep, it's expensive to get materials down the stairs. So, these light weight polymer cells are installed as formwork, and braced together and then filled with concrete, to form a strong wall. For my storage area, the external side of the wall was then finished with cement render and painted, however we left the internal side of the wall as is, so it's a smooth white polymer surface and needed no treatment.
