Not a very good experience here. Took our Tablet in for repairs on a Monday, we were told it would be ready Wednesday afternoon.... Come Thursday morning and no contact/word from anyone, rang the number - got the answering machine and requested a call back.... no call back, so the same thing the next day - machine, left a message.......Monday morning a week after leaving the tablet with them, not a word from them, so we tried ringing again, again a machine.....but this time we DID get a call back.....after much too-and-fro we were told the power supply was faulty and it could be picked up that afternoon, so it took a week to find out that! We arrive to pick it up, and its still NOT READY..... would we mind waiting another 45 MINUTES!
