We were a table of 12 in the quiet restaurant. We waited an hour for our meals my daughters kids meal was served last instead of first, my meal had a large hair in it. The meal was replaced then i waited 20 minutes for cheese which was taken from another table. I was still charged for the meal...my daughter asked if her meal could be put into a container to take home like others have done, so they gave her a container to put it in herself. On clean up the waitress tried to take a napkin out of my mothers hand, which she had candles wrapped in it .
I have been to this restaurant a few times but this will be one of the last I go there as I and my mate felt awkward as the bar staff cut would not staring and is also rude. The other staff is rude and stares at people, the other staffs are nice and well mannered and seem to be stressed out as you can see the management yelling at them.Dino's should take a look in the mirror and smarting up. I will give this restraint one more chance and if I see this behavior again I dont care who is there I will make sure that they know about it
I have been to this restaurant three times. Today we had lunch here. AND I CAN TELL YOU IT WILL BE MY LAST! We had the cold prawn salad which was served as hot prawn salad. The staff were very eager to take my plate away, which they did and I wasn't even finished! Then they came over and gave me an opened mineral water bottle (which we did not order). We made them take it away. We ordered 2 skinny cappuccinos which tasted DISGUSTING!! I called the staff and asked them if soy milk was used and they said no and that was it. Didn't even have the COURTESY to take the coffees away and made fresh ones. I didn't end up drinking it. My partner drank it but was not happy.
