We had Terry out today to look at our problematic ducted heater. He arrived on- time and was a complete gentleman, he fixed our heater within 30 mins that countless others have tried and failed.
He was very prompt in responding to our web service request

Sent an inquiry in Jan.requesting a quote and in formation via email and recieved an automated responce but no follow up after that so went with another company who responded straight away and installed in 2 weeks .
Appears this company does not want business.WOW it would be good to be going that well and not wanting any further buisness.
Sorry we couldn't get to you during the heat wave as we had schools pre booked to be complete at that time. It pays to prepare yourself prior to summer to avoid this from happening. I know it's frustrating to most people not to get a reply but when your onsite and working from 6am till 6pm in 45 degree heat then get home and you have 100 messages on your phone and 100 emails there is no way I could keep everybody happy! Once again sorry that we didn't get to you but hopefully this gives you some idea of what we had to deal with at the time.
This week my Brivis central heating system stopped working so after searching around I chose this company as had the most positive reviews. Darren came out the next day and seemed very switched on and found the problem in 5 minutes. It was a broken fan and he recommended replacing the pcb controller so went with that as well. All fixed within an hour and heater is working so better than before, perhaps the new fan but seems warmer and more even throughout the house. During repair he did break one of his tools but went and bought a new one straight away and was back in 20 minutes. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is he broke the lightbulb in the roof but no big deal, accidents happen. So happy to have heating back! I would use this company again. Price not sure if it was good or bad but call out fee was a bit lower that other companies.
