I had my colonoscopy here last month and have been to a few of these hospitals before. This is a very efficient place with great doctors and nurses! You don't have to sit for six hours waiting to go in for the procedure as I did at Cabrini. I wouldn't go anywhere else now!
I had my procedure here recently and was very impressed with the caring doctors. Everyone was great and made sure my experience was pleasant. I waited on a waiting list at a public hospital before only to be told that I need to wait longer... This clinic was great! Only $200 out of pocket and top specialists! Highly recommended!
They close their phone lines before listed business hours ( 5pm) so I was unable to confirm and get instructions from them. I called 10 minutes prior to closing too. Disappointing and unprofessional. i work and scrambled to get that phone call in before it closed. I'll try again tomorrow... :(
I visited this Endoscopy place on 16th December which the receptionist was very accomodating and slot me into the nearest available day as I was rather sick with ongoing stomach problems.
Finally I visited there, they did all the paperwork for me and claim from my private insurance. Waited for a while and Dr. Professor Roberts attended to me. He reassured there will be nothing wrong during the procedure as I looked a bit mortified. The anesthetist was a kind man who advised me that I won't feel a single thing and calmed me down when i was lying at the table before the procedure. ...read more
