Direct Freight Express

If Direct Freight Express was the only courier in the whole world, and I had a parcel to deliver, I would decide to deliver it myself. You people wouldn't have a clue how to run a business. I'll never use you again. Thanks for NOTHING!

Do yourself a favour and never use Direct Freight. They are rude, inflexible and wasted a lot of our time and money. We used them to send our freight for two months and found most of the promises were not delivered and they caused us a lot of grief.

This is a very bad experience to deal with Direct Freight, they are very poor in respsonse to query and replied in a non-professional manner, they also don't care about customer and their priorities. I have missed my parcel on 15/12/2017 and after that, as on today 11/01/2018, I am continuous in touch with their call centre and Dandenong deport as well, however, there is no satisfactory reply as yet. Every time their call centre confirmed a call back with a conclusion but they never called back. I have not idea whether I will get my parcel from them or not which may have loaded with lot of emotions and regards.

Terrible customer service. Don't follow own procedures. Rude staff. Redelivery options that don't work. Staff that blame customers for mistakes made by the company. Very annoyed that their lack of competence has delayed my urgent package by over a week. I would never send with this service, and it's a real pity that I had to have something delivered through them. Would give zero stars if I could.

No service whatsoever Sydney Sales Manager does not pick up his phone or answer his Emails or Voicemail 0 from me starting to think that they have no Sales Manager in Sydney now going back to StarTrack worth the money, had to give them half a star no option for no stars
