Play Therapy allows your child to play out their worries and concerns with support from the Play Therapist. Play Therapy can help parents, teachers and caregivers to understand what their child is going through.

Emotional, social and behavioural difficulties and significant traumatic life events can result in persisting problems at home, day care or school.

Listed below are some difficulties and situations where Play Therapy may be helpful.

Emotional Difficulties - depression, low mood, separation anxiety, aggression, low self-esteem, persistent worries and fears.
