The worst dealings I've ever had with a hotel booking. They were rude, unhelpful, I was constantly directed to different staff and was given misinformation. Further still, they didn't cancel a booking after I told them to. Four days later, after being highly unhappy with the lack of care, I called the hotel myself to make sure that they had actually canceled and the hotel had heard NOTHING of my cancellation! The hotel said "they're horrible to deal with on our end too." Definitely avoid. The hotels themselves are far better to deal with directly.
